About the Artist
Araceli received her Liberal Arts degree (with concentrations in Theology and Studio Arts) and a Creative Writing minor from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Through the University of St. Thomas, Araceli took art classes at the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas. She has completed a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Art History (receiving a Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Houston. She has a Master's in Art Education and a Graduate level Museum Education Certificate from the University of Houston as well. When she is not working as an artist, Araceli works as an art educator, aspiring author, and docent. Araceli works mostly with Acrylic paint, Colored pencils, DUO oils, India ink, and Watercolors..
